Fitness, Feb 19th

Today for fitness, we did the hill run.
I found it challenging but fun.
I think this was the hardest I've ever run!
It was hard for me to run all the way up the hill but
I hope that next time we do the hill run,
I have more stamina and am able to run without stopping!

P.E. outside!

For the first time this semester,
our class had P.E. in the field.
I thought it was going to be really cold but
after the lap around the field, I felt warmed-up.
We played a modified version of rugby
and I found it really interesting.
I've always wondered how rugby is played
and today I finally got to try it out.
I had a lot of fun and hope we play this game again!

Fitness, Feb 5th

Today for fitness, we did the circuit.
It was a good way to start off my day and it really woke me up.
I think I should have kept a steady pace instead of taking small breaks.
I hope that with each day of P.E, I get stronger
and hopefully, I'll be able to run without stopping.
I look forword to the next we do fitness!

First Day of PE: Beep Test!

For the first day PE, I did the beep test.
I found it fun but tiring. It actually gave me energy for the rest of the day!
I hope that every beep test I do, my score gets better and better!
