So far this year, I've really enjoyed PE.
I think it is because of all the fun fitness activities we do that really push me to my limits.
I like having PE in the mornings because it really energizes me for the rest of the day.

I love working out with my friends and getting a chance to try new activities.
Since the starting of the semester, my fitness level has definitely gone up.
I've be able to work out for a longer period of time but I think a big aspect of exercising is motivation.
"You shouldn't need a carrot and a stick to push you to exercise," like Mr.Vaughan says.
Exercise should be something you do for yourself to feel good, not because you want an A.
Some activities I've really enjoyed are tail tag, blind volleyball, yoga, badminton and insanity.
The only activity I don't see as enjoyable is the weight room. I think if everyone was motivated, the weight room would be a lot more fun and we could get a good workout too!
Some barriers that limit my participation in PE is not have to much stamina and getting tired easily.
I think the more fitness I do, the better I will get at pushing myself to go futher.

A way that I've prepared myself for a good workout is always bringing my gym strip.
Another way I've tried to improve my work ethics in PE is to eat healthier.
My day usually starts of with a smoothie and my lunches and dinners are also healthy.
I believe that your diet definitely affects your health, energy level, mental performance, and attitude.
Another way I've tried to get fit is doing extra-curricular physical activities including dance on Fridays. I really enjoy doing this activity with my friends and getting a chance to try something new!
Also, a way I connect with the community is by volunteering.
Some of the things I've volunteered for are setting up for a magic show, serving the homeless breakfast and even helping tutor kids afterschool.
I think volunteering is a great way to learn new skillls, gain experience, increase self-confidence and discover what you really love doing.
In conclusion, I think I am doing well in PE and deserve a G. I'm glad that I have gotten to know more people. A personal goal for PE is to get a better score in the beep test. The beep test is a very useful skill to have and I hope to learn this skill by the end of the semester. Something I look forward to is the dance unit next week!..Also the sunny weather so we can go outside!
I hope to reach my goal in PE and hope that every class is a great one!
